Why Item Upgrade Is More Dangerous Than You Believed

Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements that are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as an armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted won't be compensated for.

The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment using three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To create them, you'll need an upgrade level token to reroll. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They are also available to players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get an advantage in battle without putting stress on their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are several ways to obtain these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process continues until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular number of items to be applied and a minimum amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can place equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. In the same way, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll generally require Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them more effects or an improved level of the item. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once  upgrade item  is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases the base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item in your inventory when you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
